Shipping is from Hong Kong. Tracking number will be provided. Delivery within 3 - 4 weeks.

Handling time?
The Handling Time is the number of business days between receiving an order for a product and shipping the product. All the items requires time to be produced, as they are custom made. For neckties 3-4 working days, for bags 4-5 working days, for watches 2-3 working days, for apparel 5-7 working days.

Cancellation?
As the apparel is made after an order is placed it can be cancelled only if cancel request is placed immediatly. Once the item is in progress it cannot be canceled.
